Mengenakan jas hujan berwarna biru, Yanto (54) tampak cermat mencari-cari sisa pakaian milik para pengunjung Tanjung Lesung Resort Beach pada Kamis (27/12/2018) sore.
Yanto masih ingat betul saat itu malam Sabtu (22/12/2018) ratusan PT PLN Persero tengah mengadakan acara gathering dan festival di acara itu.
Bahkan tak tanggung-tanggung, band sekelas Seventeen didapuk untuk mengisi acaranya.
Tapi kemeriahan kala itu berubah menjadi musibah, ternyata mereka menjadi korban keganasan tsunami Selat Sunda yang terjadi di pesisir Banten-Sumatra Selatan.
Seketika sampai dilokasi, hal tersebut benar adanya.
Mulai dari perahu yang terbalik, sejumlah Jet Ski yang terhampar jauh ke daratan, belasan mobil dan bus yang juga terlempar.
Yanto (54) yang merupakan penjaga sekaligus staf Tanjung Lesung Beach Sport, merasakan angin berhembus pelan, langit pun sedang terang bulan saat musibah datang.
Namun pada pukul 20:00 WIB tempatnya bekerja selama 26 tahun itu dihempas oleh gulungan ombak dengan ketinggian sekira tiga meter.
"Setelah live show, makan malam, abis itu ada pertunjukan Seventeen itu. Baru satu lagu, mau dua lagu datang itu tsunami. Panggungnya ikut tersapu," ungkapnya saat berbincang dengan tim Tribunnews
Yanto yang pada saat tsunami menerjang, sedang pulang sebentar ke rumahnya, itu nyata nya berhasil menyelamatkan nyawanya.
Namun mendengar kabar tersebut, membuatnya ayah dari tiga anak itu bergegas kembali ke lokasi.
"Restauran, kitchen, aktivitas, boot-boot yang ada ditengah laut itu semua dihempas ke darat dengan ketinggian 3 meter," kenangnya.
Sampai dilokasi, banjir akibat tsunami digambarkan Yanto tersebut masih setinggi pinggangnya.
"Tidak pikir panjang langsung mengevakuasi tamu-tamu yang sudah terkapar di jalan, dipagar," katanya.
Usaha pria paruh baya itu tidak sia-sia. Malam itu didapatkannya lima orang tewas terkapar disekitar Beach Sport.
"Siangnya tambah empat, hari kedua itu tambah lagi tiga, anak kecil dua orang dewasa satu," kata Yanto.
Air mata Yanto pun tidak terbendung, ketika tempat mengabdi sejak tahun 1992 itu hancur lebur dan memakan banyak korban tewas.
Termasuk keponakannya yang menonton Seventeen manggung, belum jua diketemukan hingga saat ini.
Karenanya ia akan tetap berada di Tanjung Lesung Resort Beach meskipun ada peringatan siaga 2 atau 3 Gunung Anak Krakatau.
"Satu lagi, namanya Aril, belum ditemukan. Makanya sampai hari ini pun seluruh raga dan jiwa saya terus ada disini," tutur Yanto seraya mengusap air matanya.
