Walaupun hanya terlihat sebentar di sinetron, namun diketahui karakter polisi sudah sangat melekat dengan Pak Anjang, ia bahkan sudah banyak kali mendapat peran sebagai polisi di sinetron-sinetron dan beradu akting dengan sejumlah pemeran utama.

Menurut salah satu murid tempat pak Anjang mengajar, pak Anjang adalah guru yang membanggakan, murid tersebut bernama Eli dan memiliki nama panggilan kocak untuk pak Anjang yaitu politron (polisi sinetron).
