Dilansir Liputan6.com (03/11), Menurut Dedi, ada sekitar 18 penyelam yang diterjunkan dalam operasi pencarian itu. Dengan kedalaman 35 meter, waktu untuk menyelam sekitar 15 menit jika memang situasi di lokasi dalam kondisi bagus.
"Tidak bisa lebih. Itu harus bergantian. Kalau lebih dari 15 menit membahayakan keselamatan penyelam," jelas dia.
"Kemudian untuk penyelam ada batasan waktunya sampai 17.00 WIB. Tetapi yang di permukaan itu 24 jam, kita bantu spenuhnya. Teman-teman Basarnas, semampu kita, dengan peralatan yang ada. Kita kurang lebih ada 18 kapal berbagai tipe termasuk," tuturnya. (Wan)
Mereka di tempatkan ke sejumlah titik pencarian. Biasanya, satu titik bisa diturunkan 7 penyelam dan langsung menyebar di bawah air. Karopenmas Divisi Humas Polri Brigjen Dedi Prasetyo mengatakan, saat melakukan penyisiran, penyelam dari Polri menemukan sejumlah barang milik penumpang.
"Tadi pagi, kita nyelam dapat lima baju. Kemudian dapat seat belt, ada (buku) Yasin," kata Dedi di Perairan Karawang, Jawa Barat, Jumat (2/11/2018).
Tim penyelam temukan hal ajaibsaat menyisir lautan karawang. Pasalnya Yasin ditemukan dalam kondisi utuh, meski terlihat lecek di beberapa bagian. Tampak tulisan berbahasa Arab warna hitam masih terang, dengan warna dasar kertas hijau muda.
Sementara itu, dikutip dari Tribun Jabar, pada pencarian hari kelima, Jumat (2/11/2018) kemarin, tim penyelam dari Komando Pasukan Katak atau Kopaska juga menemukan puing besar diduga dari pesawat Lion Air JT-610.
Temuan besar itu dijelaskan oleh Komandan Satuan Kopaska Koarmada 1, Kolonel Laut Johan Wahyudi saat ditemui Tribun Jabar di posnya, Pantai Tanjung Pakis, Karawang.
"Secara kasat mata, yang kami lihat di bawah permukaan itu seperti mesin, bagian tubuh pesawat, dan ada landing gear atau roda," kata Kolonel Laut Johan Wahyudi.
